Between 10.30am – 5pm daily.
*Additional $50 for delivery between 5pm – 10.30am.
We deliver helium balloons in Singapore only. An additional $30/- will be charge for delivery. Please Note that Self-collection is not available. Cash payment must be made upon delivery.
