We recently hired That Balloons for our year-end corporate gala, and the experience was seamless. The sales team was very professional from the first email, helping us navigate the design process with ease

The balloon installations were sophisticated and perfectly matched our branding. It’s rare to find a vendor that balances creative talent with such prompt communication. Highly recommended for any professional event!

Chinbee has been very responsive and friendly. I love working with her for my recent corporate event. Her flexibility in accommodating our requests while maintaining professionalism is to be praised! I am not good in design but I can be fully assured with Chinbee as she was the one who helped design the beautiful customised balloon arch and columns for the event. The creations drew lots of attention even before the event officially started! Kudos to Chinbee and team for their efforts!

It has been a delight to work with Chin Bee from That Balloons. She’s reliable, responsive from enquiring to ordering. An absolute delight to meet in person on the day of the event too.
Sweet and thoughtful, Chin Bee went above and beyond and helped me with a big number foil I brought that had nothing to do with the setup we ordered. It was totally unexpected and deeply appreciated. Thank you That Balloons, esp Chin Bee. 🎈🥳

Chin Bee is definitely the most talented Balloon sculptor I have ever met. The balloons she makes are so complicated and she makes them so fast! She never fails to impress my guests! She Can be relied on to provide the best balloon experience! I got her to do balloons for kids on three seperate occasions and you name it, she will make it! Robocar poli, kuromi, a frog, unicorn! Rainbow! Nothing is impossible! Thank you chin bee!

I engaged Chinbee for a balloon setup, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was incredibly prompt with her responses and gave honest suggestions that truly helped bring my vision to life. The final setup was absolutely perfect—just as I had imagined.

In addition to balloons, they also provide photobooth services, which turned out to be a huge hit among my guests! I loved that they offered customisable border designs, and Chinbee went the extra mile to update me and make the adjustments I requested. Plus, even after the rental time for the photobooth had ended, the team kindly allowed my guests to take a few more pictures, which was a really thoughtful gesture! :)

To top it off, they even threw in some mini balloon decor for my event, which was such a lovely surprise!

Highly recommended!!!
