The MICA Building, Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts (MICA), was the largest government building in Singapore during the 1930s. It is now also known as the Old Hill Street Police Station (OHSPS).

That Balloons is proud to do a balloon decorations for Bing Wei’s solo exhibition at ARTrium in MICA Building. The exhibition named “In Search of Charm”, Showcasing a decade of art works by Bing Wei. Guest of Honour, Mr. Terence Teo (president of Singapore Art Society) have also attended the event!
