That Balloons is proud to conduct a balloon sculpting workshop for National Environment Agency (NEA) staffs! Our balloon artist Kaden Tan has planned a balloon underwater themed display for this workshop. We have taught balloon sculptures such as fish, lobster, seahorse, octopus, crab and starfish.

With the help of four other balloon artist, Jocelyn Ng, Guang Liang, Norman and Clement, this workshop is a success!
